As you may have read in my previous post I haven't been around for quite some time, and decided that because I wasn't happy with the content of my blog posts, I deleted them all and am giving blogging a new start.
This is my first proper post in months, so I figured what better way to start afresh, than with a current favourites post!
Skin care:
* Olay essentials eye make up remover. This is a cream formula which dissolves all traces of make up, including waterproof mascara and liner, and then wipes away. It doesn't sting or irritate the eye area which is great if you suffer from sensitive eyes.
* Neal's Yard Remedies wild rose hand cream. Hand cream is an essential for me and this one just so happens to be the one I carry around every day with me. It smells divine and leaves my hands feeling soft and looking younger.
Make Up:
* Estee Lauder double wear foundation. I was on the fence about this foundation for a while, because it's a little pricey and I got colour matched wrong the first time around. But with the summer months around the corner I wanted to give it another try. I've now found my Holy grail foundation. This is heat, sweat, water and budge-proof, and if you suffer from oily skin like I do, this is an absolute must.
* MAC studio fix powder plus foundation. Another product I'd been wanting to try out for the longest time, but again had been putting off. This keeps me matte and fresh looking all day, and is the prefect partner for double wear foundation.
* Make up revolution Iconic pro 2 palette. This has been my go to palette for around the past 3 weeks or so. I originally bought and loved the first palette, but had to go back for this one and haven't been able to put it down. It has matte and shimmer shades, cool and warm tones, and neutral and smokey colours. What more could a girl ask for?
* Essence lip liner in Satin Mauve. This fast became a cult beauty favourite among so many girls on youtube, and rightly so too. This is a 'your lips but better' shade. It's creamy and highly pigmented, and is guaranteed to suit everyone. I like to pair this with MAC's Angel, the perfect duo in my opinion.
